A Cyser is a style of mead made from apple cider and honey.

Our simple, naturally brewed, and unfiltered Cyser has deep flavours of apple and blueberry, with notes of honey, cinnamon, and clove.

All of our brews are small batch and bottle-aged for at least 3 months, so each batch is special in its own way. This mead is definitely a delight for any occasion.  8% ABV.
