Are you ready to try something new? The days are still hot, but the nights are getting chilly, so why not cozy up with Fireside Meadery’s newest cocktail, the Warm & Cozy!

The Warm & Cozy is our take on the classic Hot Toddy and features our fruity, off-dry Sunset Cyser. You will need:

• 4oz of hot Sunset Cyser

• 1.5oz lemon juice to taste

• 1 teaspoon of honey to taste

• 1oz of your favourite whiskey

• Optional: Hot water to top it off

Heat the Sunset Cyser in a saucepan or small pot until it is at your desired temperature, pour it into your mug and combine with the lemon juice, honey, and whiskey and enjoy! If you desire a weaker drink, top with hot water. This drink rounds to about 10% ABV, please enjoy responsibly!

Greetings everyone! We have an exciting yet disappointing announcement to make, our fruity, off-dry Sunset Cyser is now SOLD OUT for 2024! But fear not, we still have our lovely Ember Metheglin available to purchase, as well as a new, limited edition product that we’re preparing to launch soon for this holiday season.

For our Sunset lovers, we are currently in the process of brewing and restocking, and it will be available again for 2025. Thank you for your understanding and ongoing support, it truly means the world to us.
